Calling all jam lovers 😍😋🍍

Got 10 minutes to make a healthy, anti inflammatory jam that will not spike your blood sugars? Yes, it’s possible❣🤩

2 cups (half) fresh pineapple (or berries or any fruit with natural sweetness), cut the fruit into chunks
2 Tbsp Chia (or Basil) seed
1 tsp cinnamon powder (I use more because we love it)
1 tsp pure vanilla (optional)
Pulse the fruit in your blender leaving it a little chucky.
Put in a pan and simmer for 5 or so minutes, this helps to preserve it longer. Remove from heat, let it cool. Mix in the chia, cinnamon and vanilla.

Place in a glass jar and store in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks, if your family loves it like we do, most likely it wont’ last that long! 😆 By the way, you can also make this recipe in a raw form, meaning you don’t need to cook the fruit at all, just make sure to consume it in a day or two so it doesn’t spoil. ENJOY 😍
