90% of our energy depends on our sleep
Sleep is healing, it helps the body to rest and heal; yet so many sabotage their sleep in so many ways. Do you find yourself doing the things listed below? Psst, you’re not alone!
– drinking caffeine after 2 pm
– going to bed at irregular times
– watching disturbing movies, news, etc. before bed time
– stressing & worrying
– looking at blue lights
– exposing your body to EMFs

Sleep is time to clean up your brain and hit the reset button. Your body starts to heal and regenerate both physically and mentally.
To help you sleep better turn off the disturbing movies and news, get off all electronics at least two hours before going to bed, read a good book instead. Drink chamomile tea, have a hot Epsom salts bath or even a foot bath, turn your worries into prayers, don’t drink coffee after 2 pm. Expose your eyes and skin to the morning sun to regulate your natural body clock. These are just some of the things you can do to enjoy more restful sleep.
