Gut Healing Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients
1 cup full-fat coconut milk or almond milk (I love using 1/2c nut milk & 1/2 Wild Chaga mushroom tea when I have it on hand)
2 cups spinach or 1 cup kale
1/2 avocado
1 cup frozen or fresh berry mix
1 frozen banana
1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
2 tablespoons chia seeds
1/4 cup gluten free organic oats or organic buckwheat
1 scoop organic protein, collagen or hemp powder
 
Mix in a high speed blender, like #Blendtec, top with fresh berries & cocoa nibs.
Remember this is a smoothie bowl therefore it will be quite a bit thicker than the typical smoothie, however if you want to make it into a smoothie double the liquid.
 
Hint: pour this into a canning jar, close it tight and take it on the go.
